Creating Your First Project

Step-by-step guide to setting up a canvas, picking resolutions, and starting your artwork.

Starting a new vector artwork in Snaptor takes only seconds:

  1. Open the New Document Dialog: From the top menubar, click File > New Document or press Ctrl + N.
  2. Choose a Preset or Custom Size: Select from standard presets (Social Media 1080×1080, Full HD 1920×1080, 4K UHD, A4 Print) or type your exact pixel dimensions.
  3. Set Background Style: Pick between Transparent (ideal for SVG logos and stickers), White, or Custom Solid Color.
  4. Click "Create Canvas": Your artboard initializes instantly with clean default layers ready for creation.
